Legal Noticies

Article 1 - Duration of the stay: The customer reserves for a fixed period and he cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay. 

Article 2 - Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective when the customer has received a written notification by email or SMS confirming the reservation. For certain offers, a deposit may be requested upon reservation, so that it is confirmed. The reservation of the stay cannot in any case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written agreement of the owner. Any breach of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the customer, the product of the rental remaining definitively acquired by the owner. 

Article 3 - Absence of withdrawal: For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the customer does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code relating in particular to provision of accommodation services provided on a date or according to a determined periodicity. 

Article 4 - Cancellation or modification by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by any means in his possession (telephone, mail or any other means at his disposal). 

a) cancellation or modification before arrival at the premises:  

Cancellation or modification of dates must be done before 6:00 p.m. (Paris local time) 3 days before arrival (example: stay from May 15 to 18 -> cancellation or modification free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on May 12). The owner may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs after this period (unless there is a compelling reason). 

Arrival is between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If the customer does not arrive by 8:00 p.m., the stay is canceled and the owner can dispose of the guest room. The deposit also remains with the owner, who may request payment of the balance of the rental. For any arrival after 8:00 p.m., the customer must contact the owner, who must give his agreement and the late arrival will be confirmed upon payment of the first night, after deduction of any deposit. 

b) shortened stay during the stay: 

the entire price of the stay remains with the owner. No refund will be made. 

Article 5 - Cancellation or modification by the owner: The owner pays the customer all the sums paid. 

Article 6 - Arrival: The customer must present himself on the specified day and at the time mentioned in this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner. In this case, if the owner confirms the possibility of late or deferred arrival, the payment of the first night will be requested, after deduction of any deposit. 

Article 7 - Payment of the balance: Payment of the rental (or the balance) is paid on arrival. 

Article 8 - Use of the premises: The customer must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. In addition, internal rules are displayed in the accommodation. 

Article 9 - Capacity: The maximum capacity of the guest room is 4 people. If the number of people exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer. 

Article 10Pets not allowed: The guest room does not accept pets or unusual pets. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, the owner may refuse the stay: no refund will then be made. 

Article 11 - Insurance: The customer is responsible for all damages arising from his actions. It is required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.
